Hey y’all and happy Monday! I always wonder, how is Monday so far away from Friday? Yet, Friday is so close to Monday?! Weekends get faster each year. Anyways, it might be Monday, but get ready to put on your party skirt because this is going to be a long post! Grab your coffee and get cozy, because today we are talking about 20 Rent the Runway dresses!
If you haven’t heard of Rent the Runway – they offer the best dress rental service! You can rent a dress, purse or article of clothing for a fraction of the cost compared to buying that item. They ship the item, you keep it for 4 or 8 days, and then ship it back to them. Another option is to rent multiple dresses at once through their monthly subscription program, called Unlimited (the way I do everything and more affordable). RTR handles dry cleaning and all the details.
For the past four-ish years I have used Rent the Runway (aka RTR) dress rental service for everything….as a guest to weddings, parties, vacations, family pictures, events, dates, and even just because. When you are in hospital scrubs your entire work week, you appreciate a good dress!
So, without further adieu let’s talk about all of these dresses. Each of these dresses includes a picture, as well as brief pros and cons about each dress after the picture. Most of these are casual dresses so they can be used for a variety of different occasions. For height purposes, I am 5’3″. Ok, ready, let’s go!

If you can tell by all the Rent the Runway dresses I wear, I love their program! If you enjoy having limitless closet options, I cannot recommend the Unlimited subscription enough! You pay a monthly fee to get four items (dresses, shirts, pants, purses, jewelry, etc…) shipped to your address, for an unlimited number of times each month. I will usually get about 12 items throughout the month. They are constantly updating and upgrading their inventory to stay with the trends. The first month is $99, and then after that the price increases.
