Tomorrow opens up the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale to everyone! Whoop! I have been shopping it over the past couple weeks and wearing several of these items on repeat! I will be sharing some of my favorites as well as sizing information! While some sizes may be sold out, I am still going to share as there are occasionally restocks on the day the sale opens to the public. Even though it’s only July, writing this definitely gets me in the fall spirit!
Hunter Button-Up Shirt
Quality: This is more than I would usually pay for this type of shirt, but the quality is worth it in my opinion! The fabric was created by the designer, and as a result its incredibly soft! This top comes available in a few prints – I personally, love the subtle lightning bolts!
Fit: True to size, I sized up to a small and like the looser fit.
Ab-Solution Skinny Jeans
Quality: With a slight stretch, these have been my go-to jeans over the past year and they are back in this year’s anniversary sale! I wear them allll the time! My only gripe is after several washings there has been a little color fade.
Fit: Runs slightly big. I normally wear a size 4, and I can fit into a size 2 in these jeans. The stretch gives them a little flexibility. I bought the petite length – if you are 5’3″ or taller, I’d opt for standard sizing.
Marled Open Front Cardigan
Quality: Gorgeous chunky knit cardigan with balloon sleeves! Layer this with your favorite cami, jeans and booties for a chic autumn outfit! So cute and glamorous in person!
Fit: Slightly cropped in length, has the oversized balloon sleeves. Wearing size small, fits true to size.
CozyChic Barefoot Dreams Cardigan
Quality: Barefoot Dreams is well-known for its luxurious fabric – this cardigan does run a little thinner in comparison to the other Barefoot Dreams cardigans. With that being said, it is still cozy with the tie belt that is perfect for lounging.
Fit: This runs true to size
Zella Live In Leggings
Quality: Easily some of my favorite leggings – ever! I wear these in both black and navy very regularly and, four pairs later, I still love them!
Fit: These have a little bit of stretch and a higher waist with moderate compression. I wear size 4 pants, and I am wearing a small. Fits true to size.
Ugg Slippers
Quality: These are SOOOO good! My biggest regret is why I didn’t purchase these sooner. If you are someone who wears slippers frequently, these are worth the investment. The plush shearling is a hug for your feet!
Fit: I wear size 7.5 shoes, and sizing up to the size 8 feels perfect.
Cable Crewneck Sweater
Quality: I love the color and horizontal cable design on this sweater. The sweater does have shoulder pads, which will be a love or hate for most people. The fabric is thicker and can be worn into the winter months. This also comes available in cream.
Fit: Runs slightly big in the sleeves, true to size in the torso.
Trail Mix Pullover
Quality: This is one of the first tops I gravitated towards in the activewear section of Nordstrom. I love the textured fabric and thumbholes for an athleisure outfit.
Fit: There is not much stretch to this fabric so I recommend sizing up one size if you like a looser fit.
Live In Joggers
Quality: Lightweight fabric with an elastic waist, I love these joggers for wearing around the house or an effortless outfit while running errands.
Fit: I sized up for added comfort, but should have stayed at my usual size – I would recommend wearing your true size.
Rib V-Neck Tunic
Quality: While I love the lightweight, breathable fabric, this is a budget-friendly option, but a little lower quality than your standard Nordstrom tops. I do love this as an early fall option – the stretchy fabric is comfortable and looks great with jeans and booties!
Fit: Runs true to size to slightly big.
Popcorn Sweater
Quality: This was one of Michael’s favorites that I had picked up! The popcorn and ribbed fabric are really pretty in person! The fabric is heavier and great for late fall and winter.
Fit: This is an oversized sweater and runs big. If you want a more fitted style, I recommend sizing down.
Brixton Joanna Hat
Quality: I had ordered a tan hat with a black ribbon, but received a tan ribbon. I was disappointed that Nordstrom had the wrong hat pictured, hence, it has mediocre reviews. I am still satisfied with the style as it is a beautiful hat and well-crafted.
Boatneck Sweater Dress
Quality: I tried on a handful of dresses and this was my favorite! It’s incredibly soft, lined and has a soft textured design. If it’s available in your size, I strongly recommend it!
Fit: True to size. The sleeves run a little long but can be folded. The dress length falls to my knees.
Quality: My favorite Barefoot Dreams cardigan in the sale, this is a win! Super comfortable and can be worn as part of a cute, casual fall outfit or around the house with sweatpants. I also love this heather cocoa-taupe color. This will be getting a lot of use from me!
Fit: Runs true to size. At 5’3″, the length comes a few inches above my knees.
There are so many other items I loved in this sale! A few favorites: these pillow covers, this ruana (it’s gorgeous!) and these pajamas. If you have shopped the sale, what are some of your favorite finds?
