The 2021 Summer Lilly Pulitzer Sale officially begins online tomorrow! I have all the details to get your prepared! Whether you call it the After Party Sale or the Lilly Sunshine Sale, it’s worthy of a celebration! Let’s do a Lilly Sunshine Sale preview, discuss last minute tips for success and announce the giveaway winner!
Bridgitte Dress: With so many fun details, from the pompom trim, to the pretty navy and white pattern, this dress is a casual favorite!
Elsa Silk Hem Top: If you love a vibrant, colorful top, you will fall in LOVE with this blouse! The colors truly pop! For a beach-vibe, style this with white denim.
Moriah Off-the-Shoulder Midi Dress: I tried this dress on about 20 weeks pregnant and love that it has a little extra wiggle room in the tummy! The length is technically “midi” but at 5’3″, this fits as a maxi length on me. Very pretty colors!
Ainsley Top: Wear this as a cami top in the warmer months, and layer with a cardigan or jacket in the cooler months. My favorite part about this top: the ribbon tie!! It ties into an adorable bow! Wearing XS.
Elsa Silk Top: I tried this on a year ago and LOVED it!! Since then, I have had my eye on it but it has not been part of a sale until now. It’s gorgeous for wear all-year-round, and layers beautifully for the holidays with vests, cardigans and gold accessories.
Luna Bay Tunic: This top brings the fun! The print is unique, with a mix of blue palms and pink accents. I love the tassel hemline for an added touch! Wearing XS.
Today’s Try-On During the Lilly Sunshine Sale in Store!
I had so much fun trying on different sale pieces today in my local Lilly Pulitzer store! Until the sale goes live, Lilly has tomorrow’s sale items hidden on their website currently, so I linked the best I could for tomorrow – I recommend bookmarking or coming back tomorrow when the sale goes live!
For sizing reference, I am 5’3″ and wearing flat sandals in all photos below. Currently, I am almost 6 months pregnant so items may look a little tighter on my stomach than they would for all of you non-pregnant ladies! 🙂
Charleen Maxi Dress: I love the print on this and how it accentuates the waist. At 5’3″, this comes close to floor length for me. Very pretty and flattering! Wearing size 4. Sales price: $109.
Jackie Silk Shift: The silk fabric on this dress is incredible! It’s very soft and makes the bold pattern pop! Very pretty dress option that can be worn for church, work or weddings! Wearing XS. Sales price: $99.
Trisha Shirtdress: One of my favorite styles of dress over the past year!! I love the ribbon sash and how it creates an hour glass curve, and the beautiful eyelet fabric! This will be available in white as well – the toughest choice is deciding on which color! While it’s not very bump friendly, this is a definite purchase for me for after the baby arrives! Wearing 00 (I need one to two sizes up). Sales price: $89.
Geanna Dress: If you haven’t seen this Raz Berry Sea You Soon print in person, it’s a stand out style! Expect to see a few items in this print online tomorrow. I love that this dress is roomy and also bump friendly. Wearing XS. Sale price: $59.
Sunray Bra Tank UPF 50+: These are popular for good reason, they make great workout or athleisure tops! It has built in bra pads and is a little loose in the tummy – something I love in workout tanks! These also feature the UPF 50+ fabric to help protect your skin when outside. Wearing S. Sales price: $34.
Naila Midi Dress: The Maldives Green Turtle Wave is another favorite print/color combo! This dress is a more affordable option in the midi category. I like that you can wear it with or without the provide fabric sash. This is an option that can easily be dressed up or down! Wearing XS. Sales price: $54.
Brandi Shift: I am a sucker for a nice white Lilly Pulitzer dress and this one is no exception – it’s gorgeous! The fabric features white foil polka dots that add a subtle glisten in the right lighting. And the collar is glamorous with beaded embellishments! Wearing size 4. Sales price: $79.
Sarita Dress: This dress was a surprise win for me! To be honest, I wasn’t sure if I was going to like it because there is a lot going on. The fabric has a subtle shimmer overlaying a white, blue, pink and orange Sway with Me print. But it works and it’s very comfortable! I love the longer sleeves as we transition to cooler temperatures. Currently 4.9 out of 5 stars! Wearing size 0. Sales price: $109.

My Lilly Sunshine Sale Wishlist
To stay organized, I like making a wishlist in advance that way I remember what I need (and what I want) and gifts for others. This sale brings the BEST deals of the year so I try to take full advantage of the discounts.
My Lilly Pulitzer Sale Wishlist:
– Elsa Top: These silk tops are gorgeous and last for the years to come. With a baby on the way, I love that they have a looser fit for comfort and flexibility with my weight changes. I believe they will have the white on sale, get it! The white Elsa is so pretty in person and create a classic style when paired with gold accessories.
– Midi Dress: The comfort is unmatched! Lilly Pulitzer midi and maxi dresses run long, since I am 5’3″ they fit similar to a maxi dress on me! I love these breezy dresses – and extra bonus that many of these (especially the Sloane) are bump-friendly.
– Gold Bracelet: I have a couple of Lilly Pulitzer’s gold bracelets and they go well with everything Lilly, and then some! They are great to mix-and-match with other Lilly Pulitzer accessories and have a beautiful gold shine. The See You Soon bracelet is gorgeous in person! (Bookmark this one for the sale!) Lilly’s jewelry also make great gifts.
– Justine Pullover: Wear your Lilly Pulitzer outfit with comfort. I fell in love with these tops almost a year ago and I cannot stop wearing them! I embrace the style and the fact that they are made of UPF 50+ fabric to protect your skin. Don’t underestimate the solid options, they are pretty too!
Trisha Eyelet Shirtdress: From the eyelet fabric, to the ribbon sash and pockets, these are cute dresses with all the details! I have one of these dresses in a print and find them super flattering!
Last Minute Lilly Sunshine Sale Checklist
Keeping it simple, here is a cheat sheet for last minute tips to have a successful sale shopping experience!
1. Create and double check your Lilly Pulitzer account in advance. Sale items are first come, first serve and sell out quickly – it helps to have all your information saved in advance to allow for an easy checkout process.
2. Know your size. Be sure to look at the Lilly Pulitzer master size guide, it is super helpful! Want sizing specific to a certain item? Read the reviews for that item to get opinions from others.
3. Shop early! The sale begins online tomorrow at 7am CST. For best results, I recommend having your desktop browser ready to go right at the start of the sale, so you can have the most options available to shop! Most people are placed into a virtual waiting line – don’t worry this usually goes quicker than stated.
4. Read Lilly Pulitzer’s Sunshine Sale guidelines. Learn about shipping policies and more.
5. Take advantage of other discounts. We will likely see Lilly Pulitzer sales here (usually goes live hours before Lilly’s sale), here and here. These are great resources to check for additional inventory, as well!
