The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is famous for good reason. It’s amazing! Rather than traditional sales that sell items after the season is over, this sale is largely for the late summer and fall seasons. In other words, it is a time to score big deals on the newest styles ahead of time. It’s easy to go all out on this sale because the prices are slashed significantly. Because of the popular demand, it’s important to strategize and shop the items that are likely to sell out first. Today, we are talking all about the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale top finds under $100 that will sell out quickest.
A few of these finds are top sellers from last year that are likely to sell out again quickly, but most are new to the game. A rule of thumb, shoes tend to sell out quicker than other items.
While the sale goes live today, access is limited to Nordstrom card holders. I love the card for the $20 and $40 reward notes, in-store benefits, alteration perks and early sale access. The Nordstrom card is offered as a credit and debit card. Since the benefits are the same for both options, I’m a debit card holder and love it! For non-cardholders, the sale goes public on July 20th. Some of these items may sell out between now and then, but I will update the list as there will be another large surge of buyers when the sale is fully open on July 20th. Let’s get started!

Halogen Cardigans: This was a top seller last year and sold out quickly in several colors. It’s likely to go quick again given its versatility and comfort. Stock up on one or more colors for the season! Pair with camis, dresses, plaid shirts and more. (The cashmere cardigan is a luxurious upgrade)
BP. Lace Trim Satin Camisole: A layering essential for the fall! At less than $23, I will be getting this in a few colors.
Chelsea28 Embroidered A-Line Dress: Ruffle and embroidered details with a tie in back have all the romantic date night feels!
Vince Camuto Kors Jumpsuit: The figure flattering waist and versatile solid print have me ready for a party.
Vince Camuto Reeista Bootie: My first pair of Vince Camuto booties was a treat to myself on my birthday over three years ago. Fast forward to today and I am now the proud owner of three pairs of booties similar to these. You get your money’s worth out of their craftsmanship. They work well with a variety of outfits – all year round!
BP. Brice Bootie: This bootie’s rich cognac suede and block heel are fall’s accessory to jeans and a sweater. Simple but classy.
Hunter Quilted Gloss Chelsea Boot: Loving the cute, low style for these without the bulkiness of traditional rain boots. The quilted pattern is an added feminine touch!
Soludos Frayed Tassel Loafer Mule: A mix of espadrille and mule, these are a fun way to wrap up summer in style.

7 For All Mankind Skinny Jeans: At half off these will go quickly! Classic soft denim with slightly cropped ankles for a perfect casual style.
J.Crew Cluster Earrings: Just the right amount of statement. I love the warm blush tones for multi-seasonal color. Add sparkle to a summer sundress or cozy fall cardigan.
Pavé Square Stud Earrings: A classic staple that is perfect for everyday wear.
Genuine Calf Hair Leopard Print Clutch: Would love this paired with olive green pants and a white cami. A little leopard print accessories can go a long ways in the fall.
