So I know what you are thinking – it’s 100 degrees outside and you are talking about a cardigan?! Ha, I hear you. We have a joke at work that in the middle of summer, it’s actually called “Women’s Winter” because you go into a building and freeze because the air conditioning is on blizzard mode. When I am at work, in the heat of Texas summer, I actually have a small heater by my feet because the hospital gets so frigid. So this cardigan is strictly for indoor use in the summer months.
And it’s oh-so-wonderful for lounging occasions. Pair it with leggings and a cami (or turtleneck) for next level comfort. The fabric is a chunky crochet that becomes fitted at the wrists. Because it is a comfortable, loose fit, I recommend sizing down if you are a medium to the extra small-small size. It’s available in five colors. I chose the black since it’s neutral but I adore this coral color too! To add a little extra feminine touch, I like adding a dainty pendant necklace.
