One of the many things I love about November and December are the holiday outfits! Vibrant colors, sequins, fun accessories, faux fur and other details are part of what make this season special. This pleated red dress is so perfect for the months ahead. It looks like a $100 but, best of all, it’s temporarily on sale for only $23!

This pleated red dress is a shift dress and works for a small baby bump or Thanksgiving dinner bump! (Extra servings from the mashed potatoes bowl!) If the shift isn’t your style, add a belt to slim the waist. If you look at the Christmas tree picture above, you can see how much wiggle room there is in this dress – it’s super comfortable! I am 5’3″ and the XS cuts a couple inches above my knees. If between sizes, I recommend sizing down.

For this look, I used a simple leather belt at the waist but for the holidays make it your own style! Add a sequin, velvet or beaded belt for a festive outfit. With the long sleeves, this would also look cute with a faux fur or a puffer vest (this Lilly Pulitzer vest is a splurge but so cute!).
