Lip Gloss / Plumper: Buxom Plumping
This is a newer product for me, but I am loving it! I am a huge fan of the Tom Ford Luxe Gloss, and this is Buxom gloss is comparable and a fraction of the cost! For a shade that works well on a variety of skin tones, try the shade White Russian. It’s gorgeous and feels amazing! If your preferred shade is sold out, try here.

Eye Liner: Maybelline Liquid Pen Eye Liner
I love that this eye liner gives you full control of your eye makeup style. Use it to create a thin, precise line or draw out a dramatic smoky eye! There is so much flexibility in this simple, drugstore eye liner – I prefer it over other department store options that I have tried. This is both long-lasting and affordable, easily making it one of my favorite 2021 beauty finds.

Beauty Accessory: Tweezerman Lash Comb
If you wear mascara, this is a must! It’s usually priced under $10 and creates a polished, clean look to eyelashes. Carefully comb through lashes after applying mascara to remove any clumps. This folds up into a compact shape and is convenient for home and travel.

Facial Moisturizer: Kiehl’s Ultra Facial
I could do an entire post on moisturizers alone because not all moisturizers are perfect for everyone’s skin. Someone with acne may benefit from a gel-based formulation, while someone with dry skin may need a moisturizer with a higher occlusive formulation. With that being said, this moisturizer has stuck with me through all the seasons this year and my ever-changing skin during pregnancy. It’s the best universal facial moisturizer I have used and includes both squalane and glycerin. The formula is gentle and convenient for day or nighttime application.

Lip Mask: Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask
Lip hydration is so beneficial in creating fuller lips and preventing dryness during the winter months. I finally took the plunge on this lip mask and love how luscious my lips feel in the morning! This has become my mini-spa treatment each night and I look forward to it in my skincare routine. I have sensitive skin and have not developed a reaction, but if you prefer a similar option I also love this ointment!

Hair Ties: Pure Silk Scrunchies
Whether you have fine hair or thick hair, these scrunchies have been amazing at reducing damage. I love to wear these when I am washing my face and working around the house. They are big and luxurious and add a little chic element, as well! My other favorite from this line: the pillowcases! These are great at reducing friction on your face while sleeping and limiting absorption of nighttime skincare products, that cotton pillowcases would otherwise soak up.

Lip SPF: COOLA Lip Oil SPF 30
Lip protection from UV rays is crucial in keeping lips hydrated, plump and protected! I love this lip oil because it’s like a two-for-one: the oils nourish your lips and the sunscreen protects them from photo-aging. While there are a few good lip sunscreens out there, a lot of them leave a white cast and are not cosmetically pleasing. This lip sunscreen is translucent and perfect for wearing alone or layering over lipsticks!

Face Wash: Glytone Mild Gel Cleanser
This was recommended by my dermatologist and I love it! This face wash contains 4.7% glycolic acid, which is an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) and chemical exfoliant that helps with cellular turnover. I apply this at night and let it sit on my face for a couple minutes before rinsing it off. This is also great to use on nights that you won’t be applying a retinoid. On nights that I apply a retinoid, I love this face wash!

Hair Tool: Dyson Airwrap Styler (Also Here)
This is my most recent favorite. From someone with fine hair that likes to lose a curl after an hour or two, this styler WORKS! My hair stays curled the next day and it’s done without extreme heat. The styling kit also includes volumizing brushes, a dryer and multiple sizes of curling barrels. This is fun to use and produces great results!

Topical Antimicrobial: SkinSmart Antimicrobial
I have mentioned this product a few times on Insta-stories, but it truly is one of those products that can be utilized in SO many ways! From eczema, to acne, wound care, anti-viral spray, postpartum care, etc….it has become my multi-purpose spray. I have a couple bottles at home because I use them for everything! The active ingredient is the same between the bottles: hypochlorous acid. This is naturally produced by our body’s immune system and has been recommended by several dermatologists for its gentle application.
