Hello friends! I recently flew back from a visit with my family in St. Louis and returned with a full heart. My twin nephews are two years old and currently in the stage where growth occurs at lightning speeds. When I last saw them, four months ago, sentences were one word fragments. Now they are learning to piece a couple words together and even had their own “lesson” in golf. Their snuggles are still innumerable – something I will always treasure. We had fun taking them to the peach orchard, splashing in the pool and going out for breakfast in a place where writing on the walls is encouraged. Nights with my brothers were cool and the drinks were cooler.
It feels strange to be thinking about the end of summer. Even talking about the mention of fall, given the temperatures are blistering hot here in Dallas, sounds like a season that is far away. However with kids going back to school and the pumpkin spiced latte officially slated to make its release in less than two weeks, the transition into fall is already in sight. After all, doesn’t the PSL unofficially mark the start of fall?! 😉
This boho crochet dress is a dress was launched initially for the summer line, but the long sleeves make it perfectly acceptable for fall in my opinion. Plus, it is available in deep, rosy red and black colors. This swingy little dress includes colorful, embroidered floral accents that can guide accessorizing. Given the pastel flowers on the mint dress, I wore feather earrings and nude booties to stay within the same style and color scheme. For a fall outfit, I would style the deeper colors with black tights and booties.
Hope everyone is having an amazing week!
Live your life joyfully so,
Ashley
