There are so many ways to bring out the seasons in your daily outfits, but one of the easiest and most affordable ways I love adding holiday style to my wardrobe is with this favorite Christmas blanket scarf that is under $10! I love the deep reds and greens that highlight this scarf, with a subtle hint of navy and golden yellow. And y’all it is SO soft! Definitely a great deal with so many ways to style it!

We took the above pictures at the Dallas Arboretum’s new Christmas Village and it was so cute! If you are in the Dallas area, I recommend it for all ages. You can walk around the village and go into the 12 charming shops. There is a bakery, pharmacy, flower shop, etc… Within each “shop” there is a hidden animal drawn on the walls so it becomes a scavenger hunt for kids to find all of the animals in the village. I loved that the village a quaint European feel! From the Christmas decorations to the carolers, Michael and I had such a great time!

What does everyone have planned this weekend? Michael works for rewardStyle as a software engineer (they are the company behind LIKEtoKNOW.it) and we have their Christmas 50’s theme party on Friday! They throw some of the best holiday parties! I plan on wearing a red dress with a petticoat underneath to add some fullness to the skirt. If you have any ideas on ways to accessorize the outfit, I am all ears! There will be a lot of jump, jive and wail!
