Happy weekend! This past week I have found a little holiday spirit and I am so excited to share things up ahead. It’s funny, Dallas weather has mostly been in summer mode, but lately we’ve seen a little dip into the cooler temperatures – and I love it! The warm season is nice, but with the holidays up ahead it doesn’t feel right to go into stores with Christmas decorations hanging or run on the trail with Christmas lights in the trees. I’m going to try to get a head start on the Thanksgiving and Christmas season with DIYs, recipes, Advent and maybe a few uplifting holiday films. What is your favorite way to get into the holiday spirit?

I was so so so excited to share this colorful poncho, until I just learned everyone loved it so much, it sold out! It was just on sale at Old Navy for $22 and is oh-so-soft and warm. This is my second poncho (my first one a couple years back) but I use them for everything! I call these soft ponchos my jacket/sweater/scarf/blanket and pillow while flying.

Normally, Joyfully So does posts on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. Since a lot of this sold out online really quickly, I almost threw out this post all together but decided to add it in on Saturday.
