Daisies represent simplicity, innocence and joy in my opinion. They are aren’t anything fancy, but your everyday simple and radiant flowers that are available in almost any color.

One of my favorite movies, You’ve Got Mail, shines light on the beauty of daisies. Kathleen Kelly says it best, “I love daisies. They’re so friendly. Don’t you think daisies are the friendliest flower?”

This weekend, this dress was put to good use. It was the first weekend in awhile I was in town and didn’t have to work. There were a couple meandering strolls past vibrant, lush foliage and glasses of white wine. It was delightful to slow down for a couple days…a weekend to stop and enjoy the daisies.
