Hello friends! Wow, I am having major Joyfully So withdrawals – it feels so good to be back on here!! I move into my new (old) first home in a few days, and have been busy prepping the walls, packing, cleaning, and all that jazz. I closed last week and life has become so much more fun! This home ownership journey is just beginning, but I love the freedom and creative challenge of making an old, worn down house into a home filled with life and new memories.

Outside of work and house projects, I have been embracing this spring season. Dallas temperatures have been lingering in the 70’s and 80’s, so we have been enjoying a lot of meals at local patio restaurants. My outfits are usually sundresses, occasionally paired with a sweater if temperatures are going to cool down. I received this dress from Sayla Blooms and it features ruffles and a pretty floral print. It’s perfect for spring or summer days when the temperature is on the warmer side. I kept accessories neutral but it also pairs nicely with light blue or gold earrings. The same pretty dress comes in navy too!
