Fireworks Popcorn
Add Pop Rocks to create a poppin’ summer snack! One of my favorite summer ideas yet!
Ingredients:
🧨 Bag of popcorn (I used Skinny Pop)
🧨 White melting wafers, divided
🧨 Bag of cherry Pop Rocks
🧨 Festive sprinkles
🧨 Red, white and blue M&Ms🧨 Blue food coloring
Steps:
1. Spread out popcorn on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
2. Melt 2/3 of the wafers per instructions, pour over popcorn and gently mix until evenly coated.
3. Top with Pop Rocks, sprinkles and M&Ms.
4. Melt the other 1/3 of wafers, mix in blue food coloring. Drizzle over popcorn.
5. Allow to fully cool then serve!
Hot Dog Sliders
So delicious and great for a party or easy dinner! A savory summer recipe that is easy to create and will have everyone going back for seconds.
Ingredients:
9 ct. slider rolls (such as King’s, do not pull apart)
6 hot dogs, sliced vertically in half
1 cup canned chili without beans
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons butter , melted
½ teaspoon poppy seeds
½ teaspoon onion powder
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Using a large bread knife, slice rolls in half horizontally so that you have one large top half and one large bottom half. (Do not pull the rolls apart.)
3. Place the bottom half of the rolls into a baking pan. Line hot dogs in single layer, then cover evenly with chili. Top with shredded cheese. Add top half of rolls.
4. In a small bowl, combine melted butter with spices. Brush evenly over top of rolls.
5. Cover with foil and bake 10 minutes, remove foil and bake another 10 minutes; until golden and heated through.
6. Slice into individual sliders. Serve warm.

Red, White and Blue Vase Filler
Use M&Ms as a fun vase filler that is perfect for your Fourth of July party and summer decor! Add your personal style to this summer idea!
Instructions:
Place a smaller vase inside of a large glass vase, fill the space between the vases with M&Ms. Add you favorite summer florals inside the smaller vase for an easy summer hack!
Quick Mini S’mores Pies
No campfire? No problem! Put a spin on this classic summer treat and use the family to create their own delicious pie. These are best served warm!
Ingredients:
Keebler Mini Graham Pie Crusts, or similar
Chocolate bars
Mini Marshmallows
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F. On a baking sheet, set out Keebler mini graham cracker pie crusts. Fill each pie crust with 6-7 pieces of Hershey chocolate bar and top with mini marshmallows.
2. Bake at 350 F for 8-12 minutes, or until chocolate is melted and marshmallows are lightly browned. Optional: top with chocolate shavings. Serve while warm.
Red, White and Blue Fruit Kabobs
Use raspberries, marshmallows and blueberries on skewer sticks for a patriotic party snack! This summer snack is great for Memorial Day Weekend, Fourth of July, Labor Day Weekend and any summer festivity in between. Summer recipes like this are easy to modify with other red fruits, like strawberries and watermelon.
Ingredients:
Raspberries
Blueberries
Mini marshmallows
Kabob skewers
Instructions to create an American flag:
– On five skewers: Add a raspberry first, then marshmallow, raspberry, marshmallow, then four blueberries
– On nine skewers: Add a raspberry first, then marshmallow, raspberry, marshmallow, raspberry, marshmallow, raspberry
– Organize the skewers on a platter to resemble a flag
